Michelle McGrattan is a certified Precision Nutrition Coach with a passion for fitness and healthy living. She is also a full time mama and Barre instructor in Calgary.

Michelle danced competitively for 15+ years & competed in rep and varsity soccer while receiving a BA in Communications. Her introduction into the fitness industry was through her position as Assistant Editor for RK Publishing, MuscleMag/Oxygen Magazine. She then went on to work for a number of years with Inside Fitness/IFM Media as the Advertising Director and published health writer. Michelle also competed on stage at a provincial and national level in bikini fitness competitions for Ontario and Canada.

Michelle has developed The Michelle Method which embodies self love, self worth, becoming ones best self through health + nutrition. She is on a journey to help others look, feel and perform at their best, whether they’re at an athletic level or are at the beginning stages of being committed to leading a healthier lifestyle.
