Wanted to create a new, delish protein packed treat! You guys – these are thaaa BOMB – right up there with my cashew cookie dough bars! No bake, vegan, gluten + refined sugar free yummy-ness! 💞 Enjoy! xo
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
2 scoops @botanicahealth vanilla protein
1/2 cup cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Himalayan sea salt
- Whisk together the cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar + vanilla extract.
- Add in the almond flour, oat flour, protein + sprinkle of sea salt + mix well.
- Fold in sprinkles.
- Roll into bite sized balls + roll in sprinkles! Store in the fridge or freezer (but they won’t last that long 😉)
