OAT BAGELS – TWO INGREDIENTS!

HEALTHY BAGELS with TWO main ingredients 🤯😍 – I whipped these up last night + cannot get over ittttt. @lilsipper you are a genius, thx for the inspo! You guys need to make these – easiest, most delish healthy bagels ever!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used lactose free 2%)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Topping – I used @traderjoes ‘Everything but the Bagel’, or can use poppyseed, sesame seed, hemp – anything!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl stir together the oat flour, baking soda + powder.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt and mix well for a few minutes (or in a stand mixer with paddle).
  3. With slightly damp hands form into bagel shapes, OR use donut tray. (the dough is sticky). Optional to do a little egg wash on the tops, sprinkle with your topping.
  4. Bake for 22-25 min + devour! You can eat as is or toasted. Enjoy! xo 💋
