- 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop @botanicahealth protein powder
- 1 scoop @sprooslife grass-fed collagen
- handful of ice
- @kashi go lean, unsweetened coconut, and fruit for topping
1. Mix all ingredients in a high powered @vitamix blender.
2. Top with @kashi (or granola of your choice), coconut, sliced fruit.
