COLLAGEN + PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop @botanicahealth protein powder
  • 1 scoop @sprooslife grass-fed collagen
  • handful of ice
  • @kashi go lean, unsweetened coconut, and fruit for topping

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients in a high powered @vitamix blender.

2. Top with @kashi (or granola of your choice), coconut, sliced fruit.
