OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup GF rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 chopped dates
  • 1/4 plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp chia
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana & blueberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour in the oats and mix in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, dates, maple syrup & chia.

2. Let sit in the fridge overnight.

3. In the morning top with almond butter, banana and blueberries or any fresh fruit of your choice.
