• 1 cup pitted dates (if dry soak in warm water for 10 minutes then drain)
    • 4 tbsp natural almond butter
    • 1 tbsp organic honey
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 2/3 cup gluten free oats
    • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
    • *unsweetened shredded coconut (option)


    • Pulse dates in a food processor until they’re processed into small pieces
    • Add almond butter, honey, chia, oats and salt and pulse until combined
    • Roll into 1-inch balls in the palms of your hands, should make approx. 12 balls
    • Option to roll all or half of your batch in unsweetened shredded coconut
    • To set, pop into the fridge for 10-15 minutes or eat as is and enjoy!
