
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pitted dates (if dry soak in warm water for 10 minutes then drain)
- 4 tbsp natural almond butter
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- *unsweetened shredded coconut (option)
DIRECTIONS
- Pulse dates in a food processor until they’re processed into small pieces
- Add almond butter, honey, chia, oats and salt and pulse until combined
- Roll into 1-inch balls in the palms of your hands, should make approx. 12 balls
- Option to roll all or half of your batch in unsweetened shredded coconut
- To set, pop into the fridge for 10-15 minutes or eat as is and enjoy!
