AVO BANANA SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp natural maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural almond butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla vegan protein powder (I use Vega Vanilla + Greens)
  • DIRECTIONS
    • Combine all ingredients in your Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
